April 12, 2024 - Wow outstanding wine. Decanted and aerated for two hours then drank over two hours. Deep dark ruby color, lovely nose of minty cassis, blackberries, ground coffee powder, some earth. Delicious perfumed dark fruits on the palate grounded in terroir hints, superbly structured and great lift and power mid palate, finishes long with soft but present tannins. Delicious and in a decent drinking window now.

March 2, 2024 - Winey Weekend With the Woodwards in Woodinville!!; 2/29/2024-3/2/2024 (Where else?): My WOTweekend! Decanted an hour +, this bottle had a sorta unknown provenance as a recent gift from a wine geek friend! yeah, you want his ph # now, right? Immediate sexy open nose of black currants, black plum, mocha, graphite, violet, and truffle. All reflected on the palate. Great long finish with grandstands of fruit and resolved tannins cheering you on. Wow! Now-2034.

February 21, 2024 - Blackish ruby color, very dense body. Decanted and aerated for two hours then drank over another two hours. Classic nose of raspberries, cassis, leather, some gravel, not opulent but reserved. On the palate medium bodied, gentle richness mid palate, good structure but not overly complex so slightly disappointing in that regard, finishes with very fine grainy tannins and good length. A wine to continue to track over the next few years.

November 11, 2023 - Almost black in color suggests high concentration as in Napa cabernets.
Intense bouquet of raspberries, red currants, earth, tar and florar notes.
Very good concentration, plenty of hard as steel tannins and high accidity. Wine is on old Bordeaux style as many wines from 90's , completly different than wines which are now produced in Bordeaux. Solid tannin backbone, concentration and sufficient accidity suggest that future is bright for this wine but now is not ready yet, even after 6 h decant.
Majestic style and impressive overall but I think you should better keep your remaining bottles after 2030.

November 8, 2023 - Serious wine and in a tight and well-calculated construction. Quite monstrous in size, youthful and offering a refined nose, pure, subtle, spicy, leathery fruits, fragrant. Darkish colour! Tight and at the same time, rich on the palate, with a lengthy finish! Another ten to fifteen years of life ahead in my view!
