December 21, 2019 - Producer tops the vineyard in this case. Leroy is always Leroy independent of if this is Village or a GC. It has all the trademarks of a Leroy and the only one matching this in my opinion is DRC.

March 7, 2019 - Still young, but drinking well. The nose was earth and spice to begin, developing barnyard and earthy funk over time.Deep, rich extracted dark red fruits with more spice come through on the palate. Structured to last for years.

May 11, 2016 - Drank next to an 07 Leroy Pommard Les Vignots.
Translucent, medium ruby color. Classic, youthful burgundy nose, musky red fruits, black berry, perfumed/floral notes, ocean. Nose was spectacular...could have smelled all night...
Palate was red berries, black tea, new oak. Moderate depth, sophisticated, but still too young. Best guess is this needs 5 years to put on some weight and show secondary characteristics. Nice upside with this wine 92++
