October 7, 2007 - Himbeernase mit anfangs leicht teeriger oder sonstwie seltsamer Note. Öffnet sich dann schön mit leicht pfeffriger Note, angenehm, elegant. Im Mund schlankes bis mittleres Volumen, anfangs etwas harte Tannine für den feinen Wein. Baut im Glas sehr schön aus: angenehme Sauerkirsche, feine Tannine, sehr gute Länge. Seine immerhin 13,5% Alkohol steckt der Wein mühelos weg, ich habe jedenfalls weder im Aroma noch im Mund zuviel davon gespürt. Offen, bei insoumise (91/100)
