January 22, 2022 - This wine is delicious. Let it open up about 30-45 min prior as started a bit corky.

November 26, 2021 - very evolved. Already started the downhill but enjoyable.

October 30, 2020 - Excellent. Powerful, full body with complex aromas. Ready to drink, with still a few years ahead

September 3, 2017 - Well - not an Amarone lover. However this was still interesting. This has more finesse to it.
When I bought it the producer told me to air slow for 5 or more hours. Found it much more balanced and approachable After 32 hours (in fridge) and with more sutltle dried plum and raisins.
Cherry, dark berries, bittersweet plum and raisins, green pepper and a bit of licorice

November 8, 2014 - This wine is complex, concentrated and absolutely delicious. The bouquet is made up of aromas of cherries, dried fruits, butterscotch, caramel, cooked forest fruits and crème brûlée. The palate is soft and succulent, with intense cherry kirsch, mellow vanilla oak and spice flavours. It is balanced and long. Needs a few more years in the bottle.
