April 29, 2020 - Five years in the cellar certainly helped. Tart berry and cherry fruit with leather, light tobacco, and herb flavors at the start move into earth and a burst of cherry fruit at the end. Was better at PNP, slightly dry tannins emerged after a couple hours. Drink now-2022.

February 3, 2017 - purple, medium/full body, mild aromas of dark fruits/cassis, mild flavors of blackberry, earth, and oak, short finish, fair acid, moderate tannins, improved over days 2 & 3 from 85 to 88

January 27, 2017 - Dank and musty upon opening with hints of stewed blackberry, raspberry jam, baking spice and rhubarb which follow through on the palate. Nice acidity, but a little rough around the edges. Really good, but not great.
