January 22, 2017 - A wonderful 100% unfiltered Nebbiolo from the Starderi vineyard. Bright tannins, a nose full of earthy fruit, and fresh acidity. The color is a wonderful ruby-garnet. It is spicy on the palate with a touch of minerality. A drinkable wine without food it really shines when paired with pastas with acidic sauces or fatty meats like lamb and rib eye.
