November 17, 2021 - Wonderfully resolved, mature, and delicious. Really knocked us out with surprising balance given the age, hard to fault for... anything really. I don't imagine it will continue to improve any further, so enjoy soon.

April 18, 2015 - Amazed that a 2000 American Cab could hold it for 15 years. But the result was wonderful, beautiful balance, only a hint of brown. Silky smooth and a nose to die for. Luckily I have another one......
