January 16, 2017 - Excellent, balanced Dry Creek Valley Syrah. From the color to the nose to the mouthfeel, this Unti Syrah is firing on all cylinders. Medium bodied with meaty fruit, pepper and tamed oak all in sync. Drinking wonderfully now and for the next 2-3 years.
