November 20, 2023 - DG 20/6/22 and probably would benefit from another 12-18 months in the bottle. One third each of C/PN/PM. Initial impression is very (too much?) crisp lemon acidity, but some nice bruised apple flavours develop in the glass. This is nicely made but I think it needs a bit longer in bottle to develop some more character.

Medium taste of red apples, baked lemon, biscuit, toast and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good English Sparkling. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well as an aperitif, or with fish or shellfish.

August 19, 2023 - Good champagne style. Had a more recently disgorged bottle at the winery which was significantly leaner - so base wine fluctuation & blending variation I guess. This one was good

May 30, 2023 - Pretty one dimensional - sharp lemon and some biscuit on the nose but the mousse was quite aggressive. I know that others like this but I’m afraid that it wasn’t for me, particularly at the price
