December 5, 2019 - A previous bottle was really good but i think this one is a bit past its prime, slightly dark straw in color and slightly bitter on the finish. Still a fine Mosel.

November 1, 2017 - dry, tons of petrol on the nose, super-high mouth-puckering eye-wtering acidity. maybe a tad out of balance that way, but otherwise a solid dry riesling. dd that it has only 10% abv, yet is dry as a bone with no discerrnible surar.

June 10, 2017 - Dobbeltdekantert. En lett og frisk kabinett uten for mye sødme. Klassisk stil! Veldig god for nivået. Synd disse varierer så i uttrykket fra år til år ... lite forutsigbare. Lysår bedre enn 2014.

March 16, 2016 - tropical inflections at first, but settles down over a few hours and shows clear and pure fruit (some stone, some grapefruit, some tropical guava scents), geranium, and smoky minerals. Good balance and with lots of energy and acidity. The midpalate and finish are not terribly complex, but this is an "entry level" wine and it delivers at least as much as it promises.
