  Still in a great place with no sign of slowing down. Dry, just starting to taste a little nutty, medium acid, apple skins, and that signature oxidative bit.

  July 22, 2016 - Consistent, 93 so far with potential to hit 95. Very complex and long after 1 hr decanting....a big and complex wine with ample acidity for easy Chinese food pairing. Worked wonder with intestine claypot and especially lobster brain fried rice.
