Community Tasting Notes 7

May 6, 2023 - This has really added a lot of complexity since my last bottle. Lots more secondary flavors but still fresh and lively on the palette with a salty finish. Terrific.

November 26, 2021 - Thanksgiving dinner from magnum - no tasting notes
    Medium gold color
Medium aromas - slight oxidative notes over primarily herbal/ mineral notes with not much fruit of note
Medium plus body with rich palate of ripe stone fruit and minerals - rather unexpected power on the palate compared to aromas
Creamy round mouthfeel from lees contact - absolutely delicious
Drinking very well now - would prob drink sooner than later as oxidative notes may begin to dominate and this was from magnum as noted

October 7, 2021 - Very good wine by Luis Anxo. Blend of Galician varieties.

April 2, 2020 - Pure class, like a 1er Cru Chablis with tremendous minerality but with unmistakable marine influence. Superbly fresh and weightless, though this still felt powerful on the palate in flavor. Not very aromatically open and a shorter finish than the tremendous 2011, I can only give this a 92. Maybe a couple more years will do the trick.

August 22, 2018 - Some tartness from the oak, lacks balance. Nothing special about this bottle.
