January 1, 2018 - Pop and pour, maybe needs a decant. Nice nose with some mineral/vitamin notes, a touch of charcoal, and burnt orange. Very soft on the palate, with soft red and black fruit. Delicate and elegant, if slightly on the thin side at first. Picks up weight on the palate, and ends with loads of red fruit, chewable vitamin and some soft tannin.
After a decant, a touch more vanilla on the nose. Fantastic acidity. Yum.
