  January 23, 2023 - This bottle was just past peak. If I had any more I’d drink up soon. But an interesting and very tasty cab.

  July 9, 2017 - 1st time using Vinaera battery powered aerator. Garnet purple. Nose of cedar, black cherry and blackberry. Flavors are similar with some back end crushed black pepper and acidity. Nice silky mouthfeel. Nice tannins with acidity that is a little high but that may improve with a proper decant. Nice Wine but little complexity to distinguish it from other quality Napa cabs. 91-92.
  
  PS: Vinaera works pretty cool but I don't think it takes the place of a proper decant. Would rate it an 85.

  March 3, 2017 - A little closed at first, red currants, cinnamon, subtle vanilla, cherry cough syrup, fine grain tannins on the finish that are still fairly substantial. Nice texture, very good wine. I'm not sure I find it worth the money, but very good.

  October 12, 2016 - Super dark purplish red, thick and coats the glass. Layered nose with dark berries like black currents and a little red currents. Lots of herbs with cinnamon. Moderate tannins (7/10) with a medium plus, almost full body. Attack was coated with dark cassis and black currents. Mid palate added some complexity with dust, cloves and baking spices. Long and lingering finish with light minerality. Drink till 2024.
