February 8, 2021 - Beautiful wine and pretty complex. Agree with other tasting notes, wonderfully round and nice mouth feel. Could have benefitted from a bit more acidity or freshness. I would drink now if you're still holding.

June 10, 2020 - Started at cellar temp and that proved perfect. A bit shy on the nose but still provided a good hint of the palate pleasure come. Apricot, honey and tree nut; still enough acid and moderate enough alcohol for excellent balance. Stayed consistent over time. Last bottle of this wine from a visit to the winery and today was a perfect time to pull the cork.

May 23, 2019 - A wine dinner compèred by Douglas Blyde (London): Orange in colour, botrytised giving it sherry/fish sauce/umami notes. Heft and aroma. Plenty of oak (?). A bit hollow, but good with the saffron, well-matched.
