January 25, 2020 - Very good, still drinking well. 12% alc. Similar comments to previously.
    Colour: very bright clear lemon
    Bouquet: spicey, almond, citrus, grapey
Palate: just as bouquet, full bodied, slightly creamy, grassy, smokey, but a little fat and short on finish.

March 3, 2019 - Very good, but my views are closer to the most recent previous evaluation. It's a relatively subtle but easy drinking Sancerre style now.
    Colour: pale lemon
Bouquet: lemon and almond, slightly smokey
Palate: soft citrus, grassy, slightly creamy texture, long clean finish.

June 17, 2018 - Very good. Maybe it's softening, but I would rank this as a genuine Sancerre style now, unlike previous notes, and definitely not like a new world style. Nice smokey citrus characters, very clean and great balance with fruit and acid.

June 10, 2017 - Same comments as April 2015 really. Great wine at price.

    Very good. 12% alc.
Colour: very pale straw, almost white
Bouquet: classic grassy nose, lemon grass, cut straw
Palate: similar to bouquet, almond flavour and pears, quite phenolic, full bodied and flavoured, slightly short palate, but clean acid fresh finish. Excellent value for a Sancerre at the price, but not as subtle as better ones - a little too much like over the top NZ and Australian versions, though not quite there. Very clean long finish.

    April 19, 2015 - Very good. 12% alc.
Colour: very pale straw, almost white
Bouquet: classic grassy nose, lemon grass, cut straw
Palate: similar to bouquet, almond flavour and pears, quite phenolic, full bodied and flavoured, slightly short palate, but clean acid fresh finish. Excellent value for a Sancerre at the prise, but not as subtle as better ones - a little too much like over the top NZ and Australian versions, though not quite there.
