December 9, 2020 - Medium ruby red with a hint of garnet. A bit of age on the nose with plums, leather, dark cocoa, olives and pepper. Medium tannins (6/10) with a medium plus body. Dark olives on the palate with spices, blueberries, and a hint of earthiness. Medium plus finish. Drink till 2024.

January 17, 2017 - Tasty. Some of the punch was gone. Not as nosey as a rich Walla Walla should be. Was a bit better the following day.

February 25, 2015 - Something is just out of balance with this wine, 88 might be too generous. There isn't enough fruit and the acid is taking over the wine. It wasn't decanted but opened for an hour before pouring and swirled a lot in the glass. It did improve with the extra air, we have more in the cellar and it might benefit from 2-3 hours in the decanter.
