April 2, 2019 - Deep red, and initially not forthcoming on the nose. It took 6 hours to come to itself and was well worth the wait. Garrigue on the palate matched the aromas of Mediterranean herbs, and a mixture Northern and Southern Rhone in style. Overall a terrific bottle, which is just as well as I bought the 14/15/&16!! Great for a Ribeye, game or a hearty stew. This is a cuvee to follow, as are the Perrin Famille.
