August 30, 2017 - Decanted for an hour and consumed over the next three. Very disappointed with this effort from Michael Keenan and Nils Venge. Perhaps it's the vintage, but this wine lacked any of the qualities to warrant the price of admission. I give it a rating of "meh".

May 14, 2017 - Very dense and flavorful Merlot, floral notes and chewy, chocolate baked dark cherries on the palate with cedar and dark toasty notes in the aftertaste

Funky on the nose. Spicy and earthy for sure. Red hot candy and some savory peppery elements. Really nice. Recommended. -

February 1, 2015 - This 100% Merlot offers hints of violets and earthy spiciness in the nose. A chocolaty creaminess combines with the rich dark full fruit on the palate and the finish is beautifully layered, deep, elegant, and extremely long. Enjoy now or for decades to come.
