July 4, 2013 - Interesting to drink an 11 year old village Chardonnay. Better than we expected, dark color, some oaky nose but low oak on the palate, muted fruit, some acidity, in balance and nice to drink.

August 11, 2010 - We decanted this for an hour before drinking. It takes awhile to open up and release bouquet and balance acidity, but when it does, nice white burgundy, not too powerful, but with some floral notes, a bit of butter, but not too sweet. So, at first a bit thin, worried it might be too old, but it was fine.
The wine looks Light gold colored.
It smells like Apple, and Orange Blossom. -
