September 13, 2015 - Slightly sweet, with low alcohol and a bit of fizz. Pleasant, but not enough structure to be interesting.

April 11, 2015 - I found this to be moderately sweet and enjoyable and more mineral than others seem to give it credit for. It is fruity but obviously quite young, a real winner.

March 12, 2015 - Uncle Rob's Visit: I’ve had this a couple times and it's a go-to kabinett for me. Tonight it didn’t dazzle anyone but represents its category well. Medium-sweet flavor profile of apple and pie crust. The aromatics change over time and improve as it warms, with tropical fruits and fresh apple as highlights.
