January 12, 2012 - Vinifié à partir d'une parcelle louée d'un hectare à St- Helena. 3000 bouteilles produites réservées au marché québécois. Goûté à la SAQ Saint-Hubert avec le représentant (Martin @ Oenople). Corsé, très extrait (dominante petite sirah), tanins présents. Nez de fruits rouges et noirs, réglisse, fumé. En bouche, belle équilibre grande acidité (pour un américain). Vin de gastronomie.
