Community Tasting Notes 2

June 17, 2019 - A surprisingly complex wine with delicious apple and citrus fruit, very lively citric acidity, enough residual sugar to have a subtle sweetness, and a soothing mouth and throat texture. Highly enjoyable by itself and often one of the best wines with a broad spectrum of foods. Like most all German Rieslings, a superb aging wine, flawless at 6 years old, and will readily remain perfectly enjoyable for another decade.

April 25, 2017 - Light yellow color with lovely aromas of Winesap apple, peach, lemon, and lime. Comes into the mouth with edgy and refreshingly bright acidity, plus a juicy texture. The sweetness adds a cream to the finish. Overall, joyously drinkable straight from the bottle anytime in the next 10 years.
