    February 4, 2017 - Post Festa Dinner at Hearth

    Apples and toast on the nose. This is in a good spot, lovely BdB. Still with a fine bead, nice cut, and excellent balance. Mature and holding beautifully, maybe with a touch more dosage than I would prefer in a perfect world, but beautiful nonetheless. Probably my favorite Italian metodo classico bubbles. 93

    March 17, 2013 - Fully integrated an ready to drink fine medium acid. Nose of exotic fruits, mango, pineapple, anannas.little yeast. Fine soft small bobbles. A little bit too sweet for my taste but a very nice glas. Had it for a starter. OT

    March 19, 2011 - Very youthful, and chardonnay driven nose. Much more punch and power than the Heidsieck. Very clean and whil epowerful, this is very focused and in balance. Theis almost an exotic pineapple tropical fruit side the mostlybright apple/ lemon. Again, my favorite Italian bubbles. Early peak an dnot ging anywhere soon. Outstanding. 93+ pts

    January 1, 2008 - Straw in color. Nose of yeast and butterscotch, with a hint of citrus. Pleasing on the palate with a nice even finish.
