June 9, 2015 - Pale straw color, medium minus viscosity in the glass. Aromas of honeysuckle, ginger, and apple. On the palate there's lemongrass, apricot, green apple, and a nice racy acidity; great mineral texture with more weight in the mouth than expected. Acidity makes this a versatile food wine, but also makes for a perfect summer sipper on a humid evening. Outstanding typicity and qpr.
