December 23, 2021 - This has settled down a bit and seems to be in a good drinking window. Still some tannins so maybe a couple more years yet. Bold nose of earth with jammy notes on top. Slightly acidic yet structured with a clean long finish with an herbal note - someone noted juniper and I concur with that or an evergreen quality....or is that the Christmas garland mingling in with the wine bouquet? Anyway....nicely done from this amazing husband and wife team.

December 3, 2017 - Medium bodied, solid vanilla/juniper base, luscious red fruit on top. Likely to continue improving.
