November 25, 2022 - Not flawed but not delicious either. Opened for at least an hour but both tannic despite nearly two decades of bottle age and closed off. Possibly in a dumb phase but it looks as though 2013 was the year to drink this.

October 13, 2021 - Random auction bottle. Quite nice and open upon pour. Dark fruit and spice on the nose. Palate shows more of the same coupled with crushed rocks and gravel. Hints of pomegranates. Easy drinking with typical Gevery muscularity.

December 20, 2014 - took a while to open up and reveal some notes of forest floor and a bit of strawberry. After some air it was quite nice. Next one should be opened earlier.

October 1, 2013 - Scents of wild strawberries, forest floor, licorice and vanilla. Quite a nice palate of red fruit, flowers, and baking spice. More acidic than tannic and has decent length for a village wine.
