May 29, 2017 - Lemon, linden flowers, honey, pineapple and lychee on the nose, although not overly expressive overall. Tropical fruit and honey on the palate, quite rich but not heavy. Very balanced acidity, not too sweet. You could have it with a light dessert, as an aperitif, or on its own.
