January 22, 2021 - Pot pouri on the nose. Dark fruits - cherrries, blackberries on the initial palate. Savoury in style. Good acidity. Beautifully balanced and smooth. A little toasted wood on the finish. Long finish. I really like this wine and drinking beautifully right now.

Dark, with abundant acidity. Excellent food wine, but the dark cherry only comes out really with the last mouthfuls after the cheese is finished -

Aromas pour from decanter; acidity balances dark cherry. Becomes more apparent against camembert -
