September 18, 2021 - Excellent, very enjoyable wine paired with beef. Jammy red fruit flavors on the palate with dark earthy undertones mid palate and in the finish. Hints of leather. Very smooth with mild tannins and acidity. Benefited from being opened an hour before drinking with dinner.

August 1, 2020 - This 2012 Symmetry held up very well with nice legs and ruby color in the glass. Aromas of berries with dark cherries, currants and leather on the palate. Good balance with medium tannins. Very nice Boudreaux blend.
