July 15, 2021 - (Disgorged in 1973, 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay)
Another mature bottle, this with enough life in the bottle to show burnt sugar, butterscotch and cream in a delicious way. Opens up with honey, bourbon vanilla and some mint chocolate. Smoothing acidity on the mature palate showing red apples and with butterscotch and cream on the mid before the lengthy finish showing lemon zest that lasts forever.. -
