December 15, 2020 - The 2011 is drinking so well right now. Got a lot going on. Black fruits. Gravel. Minerals. Herbal. Rich and round. Medium soft tannins. Great wine.

December 9, 2018 - This is drinking splendidly. It’s plush, round, fully integrated, and Old School in style, with black currant, pastille, soft oak, and licorice aromas. There’s lovely balance, cut, and finesse to the tasty blackberry fruit flavors and closes with admirable harmony. An impressive wine given the less than ideal rainy, Napa harvest.

November 4, 2018 - Smooth red berry fruit on the medium to full body. A little vanilla and toasted wood blend in well. In a good place, but will still be drinking well for a few years.

July 30, 2018 - Much better than 2 years ago. More balanced and structured. Rich dark fruit aroma. Full bodied, tasty fruit, medium tannins, acids not noticeable. Drink very well after 30 minutes.
