May 14, 2024 - Concentrated and dense. Still need some time to release the fruit from the tannin wrapping and hit the sweet spot. Give it 2-3 more years of aging and it is going to be amazing wine.

November 21, 2020 - Dark, opaque, indigo in color. Dark cherry, blackberry, coffee, anise and nutmeg on the palate. Bold and fruit forward, full bodied with grippy tannins. Medium finish. This improves significantly with a 4 hour decant. Although this is certainly within the drinking window, significant air is needed to tame the tannins. Really nice with a mushroom covered tenderloin.

November 14, 2020 - Definite improvement over our prior bottle four years ago. More ready to drink without significant air. Big and bold, typical Diamond Mountain characteristics. Still early in its life.
