February 6, 2023 - Decanted 30 minutes before first taste, medicinal/iodine-like character at first, blew off over the next 30 minutes. Good color, still a bit tannic, it wants food. Served with lamb kefta, a superb match. Good fruit on entry, round and mouth-filling, then it finished a bit short but still satisfying with the food. Purchased in Lebanon and properly stored for 4 years, worth the wait.

September 21, 2022 - Felt way past better days and also this poor thing suffered from bad keeping we are sure. Nothing more to say 85 at best

June 26, 2022 - Pleasant tipple. Cabernet / Syrah / Mourvèdre / Carignan. On the nose and the initial attack a mature character - I could imagine Cabernet franc (although none is admitted to on the label). Sold at less than 2x retail in a local Lebanese restaurant, this does very well in that context - well made and one imagines well oaked and well consulted, this stays just on the interesting side of “global modern style”. Has this replaced Musar in my heart? By no means - but at a fair price I’d joyfully order off the list again.

April 11, 2020 - unusual blend, nice enough but way overpriced; will stick to Rhone instead

August 23, 2017 - Good with spiced red meet. Dark fruit, spiced, vanilla finish. Heavy
