  April 3, 2023 - Heater week; 3/26/2023-4/3/2023 (Chicago, IL): Stellar showing of this, with such lovely balance between the ripe vintage and the acidity here. Very pale in the glass (or the room was just very dark), but with distinct and prominent red berry notes here. Nearing the end of its primary phase, this is still plenty fresh and vibrant, but with also nascent secondary brioche starting to develop.

  February 11, 2017 - Excellent champagne.... pale red/orange/copper. Very nice bead. Wild strawberry and mineral with a nice creaminess. Very well balanced. It's hard not to drink remaining bottles but I do wonder how this would be with more age.
