December 5, 2016 - Such a great and simple example of a Chardonnay. Starts with a light floral and citrus taste, small amount of grapefruit which then develops to a smooth buttery oak. Not overall oaky like most Napa chardonnay's, this was very enjoyable to drink. Very impressed with Dennis Johns wine making ability not just in his Cabs, but with this Chardonnay too. Enjoyed with grilled Apricot Cajun Salmon and mixed green salad.
