December 12, 2015 - Blind CA Chardonnay: Light gold color. Smells of juicy apricots, peaches, sweet yellow flowers and some clover honey. Creamy and smooth on the palate, nice tartness too, quite floral in its approach with rich yellow apple, lemon meringue pie. Plenty here to please most every time of Chardonnay lover. A mix of stainless and barrel fermented Chardonnay from Sonoma and Mendocino.

September 9, 2015 - Bevmo Tasting with Greg La Follette, first Chardonnay tasted tonight with too much oak, too much oak and too much oak, hint of minerals, more of the same on the palate, too little fruit, medium body and medium finish. Third place of three Chardonnays tasted.
