  April 2, 2024 - Coravin with aerator. Old reviews still valid. A bit reductive, closed. Tricky to let it breathe with Coravin. Next time, I will try to pull out part of the bottle with Coravin for a decant overnight.

  September 11, 2023 - Tried from Coravin, used aerator attachment and poured to large glass 1 hour before trying. The sulfury smells noted earlier are much reduced now, but the wine would still benefit from decanting, probably several hours. Now smells of dark fruit emerge, still a quite tannic and young wine with a long life ahead.

  June 11, 2023 - Decanted. Immediately accessible with a minerally nose and blue and black fruits on the palate. Still has slightly grippy tannins but in a good way. In a good place today.

  July 29, 2022 - Delicious. Surprisingly youthful feeling still, very primary mix of forest fruits but combined with some herbal notes, smoke and flavours that only come in wine. Long, balanced, lovely.
