Fyldig vin i munn. Konsentrert og moden frukt med sødmefull kjerne. Flott intensitet. God friskhet men moderat fasthet. Elegante tanninner som bygger seg noe opp mot finish. Sammensatt med god kompleksitet. Pen, men dyr. Et godt stykke unna den sublime 16-utgaven.

November 10, 2019 - Abby's Birthday BYO: A touch green, but this was otherwise a fairly solid Vosne village chez Meo. The nose was a nice melange of sweet plums and dark berries, earth and wood spice, all this along with a lilt of green, ginseng-like aromas. The palate was similarly rich and powerful, with a good sweet mouthful of dark fruits lined with a bit of plums and black cherries, again seasoned with a bit of wood spice towards the finish. Not brilliant, but good enough.

June 26, 2017 - Winos' excellent adventure in France; 6/22/2017-6/27/2017 (All over France): Solid village Vosne. Medium concentration, sweet red fruit, cedar, sweet spices and earth. Needs another decade to reach peak.

October 29, 2016 - Raspberry and cherry tart; substantial notes of butter, almost popcorn, spices, wood; balanced and poised, medium length, slowly descending; good, and although clearly somewhat young, still slightly disappointing and uninteresting

May 28, 2015 - A serious VR village. Darker fruits. Spices and a longer finish. Very fine tannins.
