December 25, 2014 - Very young and a bit pale. Slightly green and yellow.
Citrus, grey pear, green apple. I can "smell the acidity".
Very crisp acidity, but not enough fruit to match the acidity. This wine is not in balance at the moment.
Ok mineral, but I expected a bit more. Ok finish, 25 sec.

I expected more from this Chablis.
