  January 19, 2018 - Dark ruby but not opaque. Aromas of pomegranate and cranberry. Smooth mouth entry with ample acidity and only a hint of astringency. Closer to French Burgundy than many California Pinot Noirs, especially in how acidic and tannic the finish is and the lack of sweetness. Enjoyable by itself and with most foods.

  November 30, 2017 - Tasted daily for 6 days. Dark red but not opaque. Medium bodied, but still has an aromatic and rich purple raspberry and black cherry fruit, smooth and caressing texture, mouth coating, bright and penetrating acidity, well integrated tannin, and a long aftertaste. Overall, delightfully complex and delicious throughout. Completely enjoyable anytime in the next 5 years.

  January 8, 2015 - Fairly thin and light pinot, with bright red fruit flavors. Good balance, clean and crisp, with a smooth, yet short, finish.
