December 11, 2023 - Opened for steak night at with AKS. This bottle was dark and brooding. Much darker than I remember the last one. It had some sediment built up and we ready to drink.

May 5, 2023 - Nose of fresh blackberries with some well integrated oak. Palate had intense and concentrated berry notes with a medium + body and long finish, very good acid as well. Hard to believe this is 10 years old as the fruit is still very primary, but the oak might give it away. Very well done zin and will be able to age 10 more years.
