Community Tasting Notes 4

    May 12, 2016 - Meh. Nice nose - black berry and earthy spice. Palate - sour cherry, but relatively lifeless and had a dank quality. Drinkable and ok, but beyond prime. This was from a 375ml.

    June 1, 2013 - mine was maybe stored a bit cool, not gone but definitely mature;

    February 28, 2013 - Gone, Baby, Gone. Torched, undrinkable. I held it too long.

    July 10, 2012 - Very smooth and supple. Was a little extracted but time had softened it quite a bit. Unfortunately not nearly complex enought even with air to justify the time / expense.
