January 29, 2017 - My kind of rose - not overly acidic, with really nice body and character. Was excellent with appetizers and the dry aged rib eye...

May 29, 2016 - Much more full bodied than a typical Rose (just look at the color!). Very muted on first opening, some acid and light tanning. Fruit appears after about an hour. I think it is better served a bit on the warmer side than a typical Rose.

May 28, 2016 - Has balance, just a hit of gairrigue and dirt that quickly fades leaving that long plesant fruit fade out.

May 25, 2016 - Heavier rose style but paired nicely with red chile chicken enchiladas
