May 4, 2011 - A Chardonnay dominant blend from Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania, the wine is straw yellow in colour, with the nose showing green apple, almond and lemon notes.
The palate shows a number of textures and contrasting flavours, initially there is green apple and citrus acidity that moves towards developed biscuit characters. The finish shows good length with grilled nuts and vibrant acidity.
