November 7, 2023 - A touch flabby to me, but rest of the table loved it. Round, nice mid-palate; tannins fully integrated; oak fully integrated; a touch short of acidity.

December 25, 2022 - On par with other older vintages I have had. Lavender, violets, and rosemary. Lean now with a bit of juiciness. I think it’s done with development. Opened 12/23 and have consumed last 2 days.

February 22, 2022 - Overall, quite disappointing. Not much going on. As Gertrude Stein reputedly said of Oakland, "There's no there there." Soft, undefined and lacking energy. Drink up or forget it.

September 3, 2021 - A very enjoyable bottle of syrah with about 9% of Viognier. Although the Viognier isn't as obvious in this blend as it is in some others. I Think the earthy Syrah is just so intense that it overwhelms this wine.
