    May 10, 2015 - Almost a bourbon flavor

July 7, 2010 - A beautiful, traditional, delicious Chardonnay. While ours have been cellared, we're sadden this is our last bottle. Love the oak and cream intertwined.

September 9, 2009 - The coloring bordered on golden, indicating a fully mature chardonnay. After about 15-20 minutes an initial acidity gave way to some citrus flavors of orange and lime as well as some almond and kiwi. Little or no oak or vanilla evident and the wine was dry. Paired well with our chicken marinated in a tequila lime sauce, but started to fade after being open for an hour. Retained a little acidiic finish to the end, thus a score below 90.
Anyone with a 2005 left should drink soon.

November 14, 2007 - 15% alcohol. A pretty high-octane chard. Begins with fine aromas of orange blossoms, mango, and pineapple. On the palate, sweet lemon curd, canned pineapple, pear, and hazelnut on the finish. A judicious use of oak. Glossy texture. What hurts this wine, however, is the heat, which hits the upper palate and leaves a burn clear down to the throat. Fine on the attack, but clearly unbalanced. 85-86 points.

October 21, 2007 - Litlle or no oak, but totally different than an unoaked or steel barrel chard. Very soft, long and elegant, almost austere. Went very well with Dolmathes and roasted Feta.
