October 31, 2018 - The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle.
It smells like apple, apple, pear and banana. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

September 11, 2015 - Developed yellow. Butter/popcorn, sitrus and some minerals on the nose. Full-bodied, sitrus on the palate, some spice, nice acidity. Probably at it's best right now. Vert pleasant!

August 16, 2013 - From a 375ml. No premox with the screw cap in place. Deep nutty nose. Hazelnuts, caramel and lime on the palate. Acidity is somewhat sharp and gives this a somewhat angular feel. Good with food, not as much as an aperitif.

    August 4, 2013 - Keep 1-2 year more.

May 17, 2013 - Still good, but going fast. Decent nose, the palate was starting to have a funny tinge but still drinkable, melon and pineapple are now the predominant flavors, a decent finish. It is definitely time to drink these up.
