November 23, 2022 - Time in the bottle has allowed this wine to put on some weight vs. that last time I had it in 2018. While it will never be a powerhouse, it is an elegant expression of a village level Gevrey. I recommend a minimum 30 minute decant and drink this with a meal. Some whole cluster 'greenness' on the finish giving this a signature Burgundian flavor profile.

January 15, 2022 - 30 min. slow ox. Nose: Perfumy and floral with some pleasant minerality. Palate: Soft tannins with subtle cherries, decent acidity, and an elegant finish. Not much complexity but decent. After more air time cinnamon shows up. My last bottle will be drunk over the next year given where this one is at. Drink up.
