November 23, 2023 - Complex interesting nose. Nutty, rosemary, sherry fino type brineyness. Rich mouth. Very long fantastic finish that has acidity, elegant resin laden pine nut bitterness and plenty of salty minerality. Really impressed by this.

September 16, 2023 - Decanted for 2.5h. Mildly cloudy amber color which was disconcerting at first, but the wine is just fine. Lovely aromas of nuts, fino sherry, baked and tart apples, minerals. Nice, harmonious palate with nuts, more sherry notes, baked and fresh gala apples, minerals, herbs. Full body with excellent acids and concentration. Seamless, elegant palate. Long finish that lingers. Just a beautiful wine. I suspect that this can take on more complexity with age. But this is in a nice spot between freshness and aged characteristics. 93+

August 11, 2022 - Second bottle, almost seven years on since last tasting. Forceberry pretty much sums it up in the note below; I would emphasize the stellar length, quite chewy body and peach/cantaloupe notes. With further cellaring I’d guess this would move into a more oily state, enhancing the ripe apple.
